How to Order

Before you order

Valdi Professional are standard sized windows and doors only, if you must have a bespoke size this can be done but will be priced according to our Beautifully Bespoke range. First of all it is advised that you measure all openings and create a window schedule to work from or compare sizes.

Once you have the sizes it is advisable to take between 5mm -10mm off the width and the height, to ensure fitting is precise, doors must not be trimmed on site even if in a primed finish. Doors will need 10mm off the opening width and 10mm off the opening height. If you are fitting folding sliding doors you must ensure that a load bearing lintel is in place with a maximum of a 5mm deflection. Complete door sets have a combined weight of 140kg – 180kg.

Once you have produced your schedule it is advisable to break them into categories (eg single windows, double windows etc).

Getting your quote

Proceed to the products page and select your desired choice for this example we will be using double windows.

You will notice that there are set widths but the heights vary.

Select each choice option and edit the quantity, press the add to basket when you are happy with your selection.

Continue with your selections until you have completed all your choices.

When you have completed your selections click the Continue button on the basket page..

Fill out your details and click Get a Quote.

Check your details carefully as any errors will result in a delay and may invalidate your quote.

Once you're happy click Send My Quote.

Your quotation will now be sent to you and a copy to us for verification. You will be contacted by a member of staff who will talk you through the quote and advise you of any discounts available. We will also discuss delivery dates.

Making payment

You will then receive an approved quotation from us which you must sign and send back to us – Fax 01353 669988 along with your 50% payment.

Once payment is received an invoice will be sent confirming your order and remaining balance. A pro forma invoice can be requested if required.

Although you may be called to remind you of your final payment it is ultimately your responsibility and any delay of payment may also result in a delay in delivery.
